OBLIGATION TO REPORT THE POSTING OF EMPLOYEES AND CERTAIN SELF-EMPLOYED PERSONS IN THE NETHERLANDS AS FROM 1 MARCH 2020
Are you an employer or self-employed person from the European Union, another country within the European Economic Area (EEA), or Switzerland? If so, do you intend to temporarily post your employees or temporary workers to the Netherlands?
In that case, you are obligated to report your arrival and that of your employees in advance. You can already submit your temporary assignments starting on or after 1 March 2020 as of 10 February 2020.
Using the Dutch notification desk you must indicate, among other things, which activities you are going to perform, during which period, and whether you are bringing employees with you.
