Navigating Belgian government websites: how to log in as a foreign company?

In our digital world, foreign companies often also need to access the online services of the Belgian government. Moreover, paper mail is gradually disappearing and important documents are increasingly arriving in digital mailboxes (e-box or via MyMinFin).

There are numerous Belgian government websites where you have to log in to use online services. Think Biztax, Finprof Legacy, socialsecurity.be, VLAIO, CSAM, eGov role management, …

A Belgian company can log in to these websites relatively easily as the company’s director usually has a Belgian ID card (eID) or the app ItsMe. A foreign company director, however, does not have these keys. This makes it difficult. Each website has its own way of creating a login or requesting digital keys.

Unfortunately, these procedures are confusing and complicated. Foreign companies can therefore rely on our expertise and experience! We can even act as a mandate holder, further reducing the administrative burden.

Moreover, the login procedures are constantly changing. Among others because of additional security measures (e.g. the introduction of two-factor authentications). In any case, we monitor the various government services for you.
