As in previous years, flash checks will also take place in various sectors in 2021.
These are announced controls by various inspection services (labour inspection, NSSO, …).

The timing this year is as follows:

March: Cleaning sector
May: Electrical engineering and construction sector
July: Agriculture and horticulture sector
August: Carwash (mainly in large cities)
September: Meat sector

It is therefore high time to check whether you comply with all regulations:
– Have all the mandatory social documents been drawn up?
– Are all the corona prevention measures meticulously observed?
– Can you produce a valid A1 certificate for all your employees?
– Have all your employees been reported to the National Social Security Office (LIMOSA/DIMONA)?
– Are all the regulations concerning work in immovable property complied with?
– Are the Belgian working hours limits respected?
– Were the correct wages applied?
– How does the actual cooperation with your subcontractors work, who exercises authority, guidance and supervision?
– …
