Building success together: the partnership between Construction Concept Europe and Van Havermaet International

Construction Concept Europe (CCE) is a Portuguese company active in the construction sector since its establishment in 2017. With expertise in concrete structures for industrial and residential buildings as well as underground infrastructure projects, CCE has expanded its operations to the Netherlands, Germany and, since 2021, Belgium. One of their key projects in Belgium is their contribution to the Oosterweel link, intended to complete the Antwerp Ring Road, where the company was involved in the construction of tunnel elements.

Entering the Belgian market brought several challenges in terms of legislation, tax obligations and personnel management. International companies expanding their operations to Belgium are, as it were, blind to the often complex and unfamiliar regulations.
